The registration fee includes the admission to all scientific sessions, additional scientific events, poster sessions, industry exhibition and conference documents including final program and abstract book. An entrance fee for the networking event on Thursday, September 15, 2022 will be collected on site.
Also in 2022 the SARS coronavirus-2 (SARS-Cov-2) is causing severe restrictions on public life worldwide. We cannot foresee at the current time (March 2022) whether the conference will take place either 1) completely, 2) with reduced participation numbers (to allow additional space between participants; first come- first served), 3) virtually (online). Therefore, we accept payments of conference fees only after 25 July to avoid unnecessary administrative efforts and banking fees if payment have to be reimbursed. The rules of cancelation apply. We assure you that the GSCN will do everything to have smooth processes and be very accomodative about Corona-related cancelations.
Additional scientific events
In the process registration for additional scientific events is possible:
- Non-PI Meeting (12 & 13 September 2022)
- Symposium on ethical, legal and social aspects (ELSA) of stem cell research (14 & 15 September 2022)
Note: At the GSCN Conference pictures, recordings and films may be taken. Registered participants have to agree with their registration, that all pictures taken, recordings and films made during the conference which might show the participant can be used for publishing in media channels (i.e. website, print materials), and that they have no right to claim compensation for the use of any such pictures or film footage. Scientific data will be protected and not be shared outside the conference by the organizers.
