Welcome Address

The German Stem Cell Network (GSCN) welcomes you to the 12th GSCN Conference taking place from 25 – 27 September 2024 at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena.

We are eagerly waiting for the annual conference of the German Stem Cell Network (GSCN) 2024, and we are getting prepared to host an exciting conference covering the latest findings in stem cell biology! The GSCN Conference is THE meeting for stem cell research in Germany and we will have excellent international keynote speakers, lots of presentations from selected abstracts, an ELSA Symposium, and an outstanding Presidential Symposium with our GSCN awardees. There will be new and exciting scientific findings and intense discussions during the breaks, at the two poster sessions, and of course also at our social events. A broad industry exhibition and dedicated sessions will offer insights into latest technologies and allow personal contact.

Please join us for the 12th GSCN Conference – be or become part of the community, enjoy the networking, the discussions, and meeting other stem cell scientists!

A linited number of Travel Awards will be available for the GSCN conference. See our  awards webpage for more information!

We are looking forward welcoming you in Jena!

Claudia Waskow (Jena), acting GSCN president
